Cognitive Surplus?

Unfamiliar with the activities Americans and others had before the advent of TV, Internet I think there’s probably a fair case for those who built houses, tilled the land, translated books etc… So that’s a counter to his thoughts, but the main idea of non-TV time unleashing untapped cognitive energy towards interactive has a lot of truth.
